ACCESSIBILITY

At Erapac, we understand that you and your staff may be hesitant to add another software program to your toolkit. However, our system is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use.

Our system allows you to easily order products, view order statuses, make changes, and track shipments from anywhere. You can also opt to receive daily reports with various datasets, including inventory levels, low/missing/spoiled products, returns, and missing information that could hinder order fulfillment.

Your Personal Manager plays a crucial role in this relationship and is responsible for ensuring that you are satisfied with the services you receive from us and that you have everything you need.

We never advertise our company to your personal clients during the order fulfillment process. Our name is not on any packaging or paperwork, and we remain a silent partner in this relationship. Unless you choose to disclose our involvement to them, your customers will never know we are part of the process.

You have the option to use generic packing materials or materials with your company logo, and you can also include brochures and flyers with deliveries promoting your business. You can also use your name and logo on packing slips and invoices to promote your company during the order fulfillment process. The choice is yours in terms of how you want to promote your business.

SHARED INVENTORY STOCK

In addition to our impressive Distributed Warehouse Network, we also offer a Shared Inventory Stock (SIS) program for eligible customers. This program gives you the opportunity to process orders even faster than usual (which is already pretty fast!).

To take advantage of the SIS program, simply ship the item you need to send to one of your customers to any of our network warehouses using the Distributed Warehouse Network. Erapac will then ship an identical product to your customer from the closest warehouse to their location, often resulting in faster delivery times and typically taking less than 24 hours. Our warehouse owners personally inspect and verify all items shipped through the SIS program, ensuring that only undamaged, brand-new packaged products are sent to your customers.
