Our warehouse staff can take individual products and create ready-to-go packs or kits for resale to your customers. These bundled units can help generate more sales and increase your exposure in the marketplace. You can also add promotional or educational materials to the kits. Kitting is also useful when you need to break down bulk products into smaller units for resale..

IT Services

Our IT staff is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest technology and using it to improve the customer experience. They will work with you to quickly and seamlessly integrate your online shopping platforms with our systems at no extra charge. They are available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about the integration process until you feel comfortable.

Return Processing

If you don't already have a return policy in place, our staff can help you create one or refine an existing one. Your return policy will be included on every customer order invoice. Returns will be promptly processed and documentation will be kept with the reason for the return and the condition of the returned item. Returned items can also be held aside if you wish to give instructions on how to proceed. The policy can be revised at any time by you and we will make the necessary changes to the process and paperwork.
