RECEIVE, INSPECT, STORE

Our predictive system will also notify you if stock is running low or if there are any impending expiration dates.

CONTROL AND PREPARE

Inventory-related data is not the only information you can access. You can also access order-related data. When an order comes into our facility, it is transferred immediately to our fulfillment stage. From there, items will be picked and packed and prepared to ship. You will be able to monitor every step of the process to see how we are performing and get a snapshot of how things are going. It will also let you notify your customers of the status of their orders and answer any questions they may have on their end about their order and delivery.

SHIPPING ORDERS

We offer a range of shipping options to meet the needs of your business, whether you need to prioritize speed or cost. Domestic and international orders can be easily shipped with our system. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt during business days and hours. Orders received by 2:00pm will be shipped the same day.

HANDLING RETURNS

In addition to filling incoming orders, Erapac also handle returns for our customers. We strive to process returns as quickly as possible and provide as much information as we can about the "reason for return" as noted by the customer. This information is available through our inventory management system. If a return requires any action on your part, we will notify you and await your instructions before proceeding..
