Technology is not the only reason Erapac consistently ranks at the top of our industry. It's also how we use that technology and what we do with the information it provides us.

Our API (application programming interface) gives us a real-time data snapshot of every step of the order fulfillment process. This information provides us with valuable insights that allow us to customize our business's workflows and seamlessly connect with suppliers and internal applications like shopping carts.

Here's an overview of some of the API's features and how they benefit your business:

Order API

The Order API provides companies with a large amount of data related to orders. You can monitor, change, cancel, and create new orders within the system. You can also get detailed information about specific orders and the products they contain. The API allows you to modify invoices and packing slips and provides access to tracking information. You can create lists for open and completed orders, and customers have the option to create additional tracking endpoints if needed.

Stock API

Proper inventory management is crucial for any business. Inventory levels can directly impact your sales, as spoiled products or being out of stock can lead to lost sales. If you don't have the product on hand, you can't make the sale.
Erapac's Stock API handles all aspects of inventory management, giving you access to everything you need to know about your on-hand inventory.
Searches can be conducted using various fields like SKUs, product numbers, or vendor.
The system provides real-time notifications to alert you to low inventory levels or expiring stock, giving you time to place an order with your suppliers and avoid running out of product. The AI system can even create a suggested order based on your sales history.

Returns API

Returns may not be a favorite of business owners, but they are inevitable. Erapac's Returns API can't make you love returns, but it can make them much easier to manage. It provides information about the products being returned and the reason for the return.

Reports can be easily generated using various criteria or data points. The Returns API also generates labels and postage for returned items and publishes tracking information for both you and the customer. It also informs your supplier that a return has been initiated.

Notifications API

Customers are encouraged to sign up for our Notifications API, which provides updates on orders and other fulfillment processes so you can stay on top of your order fulfillment operations at all times.

Even if you can't physically be on site, you'll have access to nearly every piece of information you could want and the ability to communicate with us to make changes when needed. It's the next best thing to being there.

Our subscription services offer a lot of flexibility. Contact us to discuss how our API systems can work for you. If you sign up for a full year of service, we'll even throw in a year of free IT support – at no cost to you!
